spacious interior maintained garden good-size pool area good variety
the hotel boasts spacious interiors and exteriors. i found the gardens beautifully maintained. the pool area has a good size suitable for the hotel (though i didn't visit during peak season). breakfast provided a good variety of options.
the elevators were quite slow.

cozy garden beautiful pool poor wifi dysfunctional card
the receptionist was awesome. i think he deserve a promotion. the pool area was really cozy. the garden was beautiful.
the wifi only worked in the reception area, so it was busy there. key card stopped working after using once. it was a nuisance being on my floor.

Wonderful stay!
wide selection clean pool easy access
The staff ensured I had everything I needed. The breakfast had a wide selection of fresh food. The pool was clean. it had many chairs. The location made it easy to access the local shops and nearby mall.
The balcony paint was peeling. The bathroom had some sloppy tile work. The shower was difficult to use.

The room included a double bed. it also had air conditioning. The space felt very clean upon arrival. The balcony was small. it was nice.

mixed feelings About the hotel
noisy air conditioning bland food
the staff was really warm and cute at reception i think i spoke with mr badar he was really helpful
the wifi didn't work the air conditioning was noisy and not working the tv had a few german channels and a local moroccan channel only one that freezes breakfast fell far below expectations the food was bland stale and unappetizing i felt that the price i paid was too much for what i got

breakfast variety missing utensils
the pool area was acceptable.
the breakfast lacked variety , and often utensils or plates were missing , it was quite annoying i had to ask for them. it seemed they did not have enough staff , so a hotel of this size needs more workers.
